Jane Giddings is a full time therapist who runs a teaching and healing school in the West of England.
The information contained within this book is based on her 25 Years of experience as a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
Besides the above, Jane has worked for two years in a secure unit and eight years with young offenders within Her Majesty’s Prison Service.
Jane has supported, numerous schools and youth clubs within the United Kingdom.
For the last five years, Jane has worked as a Barnardos Adoption Agency Counsellor.
When Jane is between sessions, it’s usually feeding time for Max the Parrot and the spirited Robins darting around her. Jane also takes note of what other animals, birds or insects appear just before her next client is due to arrive.
When Jane does put her feet up, she likes to listen to U2, Savage Garden or Taylor Swift, whilst drinking her cup of Tea.
Jane is also an avid fan of the Sci-Fi movies such as The Matrix and Star Wars.
In the late evening, she looks to the skies to observe the moon, stars and planetary system, mesmerized by the breathtaking magnificence of the Universe.
